Heather is a market researcher and brand strategist dedicated to healthcare. She brings 15+ years of diverse healthcare experience to the table, having worked in 30+ different disease categories and in a range of roles from researcher to strategist to behavioral scientist.

HER STORY

Originally from Kentucky, Heather began her career as an attorney. While she appreciated her experience as a lawyer, she wanted a different outlet for her energy and creativity, so she followed her dream of becoming an NYC ad-exec! She set out for the Big Apple, landed a job on Madison Avenue, then made the exciting leap into strategic consulting where she found a knack for connecting with customers and a passion for human-centricity. 

Since then, Heather has focused on honing and diversifying her experience in leading brands in insight, strategy, and innovation. She’s helped set the strategy for some of the best-selling pharmaceutical brands around and learned how to identify deep-seated cognitive biases that invisibly influence our decisions and attitudes to unlock new commercial behavioral opportunities.

Heather is living her long-term vision: taking what she’s learned across sectors and channeling it into a unique offering for her own company. She’s working independently, focused and excited to leverage her upbeat energy and constant curiosity to positively impact organizations and brands.

Dan is a results-oriented healthcare communications professional with 20+ years of experience leading marketing and advertising teams in the commercialization of US and global pharmaceutical products.

HIS STORY

With a BA from the University of Miami (pre-med, psychology), Dan started his career within the HAVAS network, one of the world’s largest healthcare communication agencies. There he rose through the ranks in account management and client services, making significant contributions to network growth since its early stages.

Over his career, Dan has garnered extensive experience leading US and Global brands across the product lifecycle. He’s traveled the world and sat side-by-side with some of the industry’s best creatives and marketers to help build and launch brands, while managing $20 million+ budgets annually. Within the industry, Dan has become known for fostering productive and lasting relationships among industry leaders, c-suite executives, marketing clients and internal teams and has a talent for networking.

Fyona is a seasoned researcher and strategist with 10 years of experience in the private and public sectors. She specializes in helping clients empathize with their target audience and develop products and services that meet core human needs, as well as translating insights into compelling and impactful narratives for success.

HER STORY

A social scientist at heart, Fyona’s natural curiosity has led her around the world, getting inside the hearts and minds of people to solve challenges with innovative thinking. Born and raised in Canada, she has worked in Toronto, New York, and Sydney, gaining experience across North America, Europe, and APAC.

HER EXPERIENCE

Prior to London Scout, Fyona led the Healthcare vertical at Now What - a Brooklyn-based creative research agency. As the Health-vertical lead, she partnered with top Pharma & Biotech companies, leading the full research-to-strategy process to help marketing and BIA teams better understand their patients, care partners, HCPs, and stakeholders in countless therapeutic spaces such as neurology, immunology, dermatology, oncology, and more.

Whether it’s bringing the patient journey and experience to life, understanding and segmenting physicians, or identifying whitespace opportunities, Fyona is no stranger to taking unconventional approaches and creative research methods to get to inspiring human insight and disruptive opportunities.
